Terms of Service

No Soup Sandwich (“NSS,” the “Service”) is operated by BoulevardLabs(“BoulevardLabs,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 14 years old to use NSS. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use. By using NSS you represent that you meet these requirements.

Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@nosoupsandwich.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Paid candidate plans (Prepared, $9.99/month; Commissioned, $19.99/month) and partner licenses (School and Station) are sold through our third-party payment processor (Stripe).

• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price for the same period until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through the in-app billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for.
• Refunds: Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide partial-period refunds.
• Price changes: We may change prices or plan features; we will give advance notice, and changes apply to your next renewal.
• Free & promotional access: Free tiers and any promotional or “Data-for-Access” offers may be modified or discontinued, subject to the Privacy Policy.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own preparation. All content, question banks, software, designs, and trademarks are owned by BoulevardLabs or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, sell, scrape, or redistribute them. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (for example, essay drafts and coach messages). You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for what you submit and confirm you have the right to submit it.

Don’t misuse the Service: no scraping or copying our question banks, reverse-engineering, abusing the AI features, attempting to breach security, harassing others, or violating any law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

NSS includes AI-assisted coaching, tutoring, and feedback. AI output is generated automatically, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and is for educational purposes only. Use judgment, verify important information, and do not rely on it as professional advice.

NSS is a preparation tool, not official guidance. ASVAB practice, fitness standards, body-composition estimates, MOS matching, MEPS pre-screen results, and AI coaching are educational and may not reflect current official requirements. The MEPS pre-screen is a preparation checklist, not medical advice, and nothing here is legal, financial, or medical advice. Always confirm with your recruiter, a qualified professional, or official sources. NSS does not guarantee any enlistment, commissioning, scholarship, score, or other outcome.

BoulevardLabs and NSS are independent and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the U.S. Department of War (also referred to as the Department of Defense), any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces, or any government agency. Branch names and marks belong to their respective owners.

The Service relies on and may link to third parties (such as our payment processor and mapping provider). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result or score will be achieved.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoulevardLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BoulevardLabs from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at support@nosoupsandwich.com and try to resolve it informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to another venue.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date and, where required, additional notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
